Coaches will be provided with security passes – they should wear these on entrance to the College campus and during the tournament. Teams need to take responsibility for their own valuables. The College has excellent security, but coaches should ensure athletes’ valuables are stored away safely.
Food
Lunch will be catered for all teams for Friday 2nd February and Saturday 3rd February. The buffet lunch will be available at the ‘atrium’, next to the tennis courts from 11.00am – 1.00pm. Packed lunches will be available for collection after the final presentations, 1.00 pm on Sunday.

There will be water provided at the Sports halls and the tennis courts. Schools should ensure that athletes bring a water bottle that they can refill when required as paper cups will not be provided. Drinks and snacks will also be on sale throughout the tournament.
Medical treatment
There will be a nurse on duty at the courts and the sports halls. Should we need to take an athlete for hospital treatment, we will use NUS Hospital. Staff are requested to ensure that they can provide all necessary contact details and documents for insurance purposes and have the funds to cover expenses incurred.
Transport
The transport for both boys and girls tournaments is Carol Tolentino. Carol will coordinate transfers between the airport and Park Royal and between the hotel and UWCSEA Dover each day. Her number, along with other important numbers are in the contact list on this website.
Presentation dinner
This will be held in the Conference Centre at UWCSEA Dover on Saturday 3rd February . The evening will include dinner, a slide show of the Championships, a presentation of one MVP award per team and the Sportsmanship trophies. We will not return to hotels on Saturday 3rd February after the matches finish, so please ensure students bring a change of clothes with them on the day. The dress code is smart / casual.
